Pawmetto Pet TreatsWe've worked with Pawmetto Pet Treats through a strategic partnership with STG Marketing since January 2010. We've served the company in the role of adjunct Creative Director / Marketing Director and as a complementary Corporate Strategist to STG Marketing during this period. In June 2011, Pawmetto successfully relaunched their brand. Symfinia and STG Marketing partnered with EyeSpeak to complete the design for the site, to serve as Pawmetto's Social Media Strategists, and to provide video support services. Additionally, we built out the site on top of a proprietary backend system that provides Pawmetto instant scalability and sustainability. Crosswalk Ministries www.crosswalkusa.orgDate Working Relationship Started: 12.17.09Assignment: To vastly improve Crosswalk Ministries' ability to communicate with existing donor base and to increase their influence.Synopsis: I have known Gina Moore, the director of Crosswalk Ministries for years, and have sat on her ministry's board of directors since 2007. At the end of 2009, I decided to resign from the managing board and help Gina begin a working board to support the ministry. Beginning in December of '09, I began working one day a week for Crosswalk as their adjunct Marketing-Communications Director. In 18 months, we've been a part of a radical change with Crosswalk. This relationship has formed the basis for our "for a day" services. Services Options for Engaging Symfinia1. A la carte. All print and web graphic design and writing services including but not limited to ads, web graphics, catalogs, photo selection, brochures, websites, e-newsletters, on an as-needed basis, first come, first served. We currently have 26 clients on our active roster.2. Discovery. An in-depth look at your organization's potential for scalability, sustainability, and significance. This question-and-answer session usually lasts three hours. Delivery includes an observations and suggestions report on improvement; rebated if another position for a day is selected for further engagement.3. Creative Director for a day a week. If you have ongoing graphic projects and needs, a retainer relationship may be appealing to you (to get you out of "first come, first served" status). All of your current marketing communications vehicles will be audited, streamlined, and consistency insured.4. Marketing Director for a day a week. We're still testing this out, but so far with our Crosswalk case study it's going very well. Since beginning this case study, we've added two additional business clients under this "Marketing Director for a Day" plan but no additional case study applicants. We currently have one spot open for "Marketing Director for a Day" clients. 5. COO for 90 days. This is a high-end product delivered with two other associates. We come alongside organizations and examine your operations top to bottom and evaluate areas of growth and operational improvement. Typically, the initial consult is 90 days (what we refer to as the 90-Day Burn) and we present weekly reports based on our findings. We have one opening for this service beginning in January 2012.6. Social Networking. This is still in the test stages. We're currently working with one client with a group that uses behavioral psychology to maximize our clients visibility in their appropriate Social Networking space. This is a high-end product that shows a great deal of promise. We DO NOT offer this service until a client has been evaluated for their potential Scalability, Sustainability, and Significance (at least six months under the Marketing Director plan or three months in the COO plan).7. Complete web presence overhaul. We enhance your complete web experience (website, e-commerce, newsletters, push-pull marketing, etc.). This is a high-end product where we partner with you to maximize your web presence. We DO NOT offer this service until a client has been evaluated for their potential Scalability, Sustainability, and Significance (at least six months under the Marketing Director plan or three months in the COO plan).
